A CBT-informed self-help manual for anorexia. A good place to start if you can't access treatment at the moment.

A beautifully written memoir of how books helped Laura fall in love with food again after struggling for many years with anorexia.

What Goes Down - Callie Bowld
A memoir of a woman's experience of restriction, bulimia and binge-eating, and her journey to recovery. Read with caution if descriptions of behaviours is something you find triggering.
Just Eat It - Laura Thomas
A wonderful introduction to intuitive eating, dispelling diet culture myths and helping you heal your relationship with food.
